What is Tricia’s therapy style?

Tricia’s approach is strengths-based, solution-focused, and skills-oriented—grounded in compassionate accountability. Sessions are supportive and practical, with a focus on meaningful change you can apply outside the therapy room.

Do you provide EMDR or inner-child therapy?

Tricia provides trauma-informed therapy and regulation-focused care, but does not provide EMDR or inner-child/regression-based therapy. Her work is trauma-aware without being centered on formal trauma-processing modalities.
